March 27, 2024 – New York, NY – Atrium, a WBENC-certified Talent Solutions and Extended Workforce Management leader, has once again been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) on its Best Staffing Firms to Work For list. This is Atrium’s third year on the list and recognizes the company’s dedication to fostering a work environment that promotes flexibility, fairness, and individual differences – all traits that make Atrium an excellent place to work.
“Putting people first is more than a motto at Atrium. It’s a core philosophy that guides all our relationships. This people-first approach is not limited to our clients or candidates but also extends to our team members, who are the heart and soul of Atrium. It is an honor to be recognized by SIA for the workplace culture we work so tirelessly to cultivate,” states Atrium CEO Rebecca Cenni-Leventhal.
SIA, a global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has published this list for the last 15 years. For 2024, over 400 firms applied for the program, which was conducted in partnership with Quantum Workplace and sponsored by Sense, an AI-powered Talent Engagement Platform. Internal employees at each participating company were invited to take a comprehensive online survey of approximately 40 questions, assessing six critical engagement categories. These categories include communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. Winners were selected solely based on the survey results.
“2023 was a challenging year for companies adjusting to post-pandemic conditions, including a tight job market, inflationary pressures, the need for sales growth and the importance of operational efficiency. SIA’s Best Staffing Firms To Work For are shining examples of companies who prioritized and maximized their employee engagement as reported by their own employees,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Congratulations to our 2024 honorees for fostering fantastic company cultures and keeping their employees excited to come to work each day.
The winning companies are also featured in the March/April issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine. A recognition event to honor the winning firms was held as part of the annual Executive Forum North America.
