Enhanced Career Opportunities for Former NFL Players

The NFL Player Care Foundation (PCF), a non-profit independent organization, is dedicated to helping retired NFL players (referred to as Legends) improve their quality of life by providing programs and assistance with medical, emotional, financial, social, and community issues. In late 2018, the NFL PCF created the Career Program with the goal of connecting NFL Legends with relevant job opportunities at NFL partners. To facilitate this goal, the NFL PCF engaged Atrium for Talent Optimization Consulting to review resumes and diversify the array of Career Program services.
