While system and workflow design continued, Atrium rolled out EOR Payrolling services under an aggressive 4-week implementation timeline, launching in Q4 2021. This was soon followed by an embedded and Atrium-powered Direct Sourcing solution just two months later, allowing the Atrium Extended Workforce team to become familiar with the company’s ecosystem, managers, business units, and processes ahead of the future anticipated Gen-1 MSP program delivery.
Familiarity with the company’s systems, including Workday and Oracle, coupled with vital stakeholder and manager relationships fostered through AtriumWORKS’ first two successful launches (EOR Payrolling and Direct Sourcing), laid the foundation for a successful MSP and VMS launch in the Spring of 2022. Atrium delivered the Gen-1 Extended Workforce solution the biopharma leader sought while successfully sub-contracting 30+ Staffing Suppliers and transitioning 100+ Consultants into the Utmost VMS.
In late 2022, VMS leader Beeline acquired Utmost, and the Atrium team was again engaged as the company’s technology SMEs to help bridge the gap. At the same time, Beeline got acquainted with the company’s custom instance of Utmost. The Atrium Account and Talent Tech teams regularly met with the client and Beeline teams to fine-tune core VMS functionality and optimize workflows and user experience.
In year one of its Direct Sourcing program launch, the company saw 50% fulfillment of all contract labor openings, exceeding expectations for a Gen-1 Direct Sourcing program – and after two years into the launch of the solution, our client had already seen realized savings of over $1M, amplifying the power of leveraging a client’s brand to attract and curate both passive and active talent to support advanced hiring and achieve accurate results.
