The partnership between Atrium and the client dates back to when Atrium supported a large sporting event in 2014. As a local vendor, Atrium staffed hundreds of workers for events related to the game.
Since then, the relationship has evolved to include Events Payrolling solutions for many high-profile annual events the client holds each year. Atrium is proud to have provided payrolling services for the game and associated events in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Other Atrium solutions utilized by the client include payrolling for professional workers and Talent Acquisition augmentation to support corporate placements with embedded recruiters.
Atrium continues to leverage its experience to provide annual onsite support for the event to ensure risk mitigation, compliance with employment law, and an optimal experience for the thousands of Teammates employed to support the various activations.

Atrium partnered with the Events team, multiple vendors, and the Host Committee to employ nearly 1,000 Teammates for the event in 2022. Navigating complex California employment laws, including nuanced regulations for meal and rest periods, timely payment of wage laws and final payment of wage laws, the Atrium team supported this hiring effort in a seven-week timespan and successfully enabled a concierge experience for Teammates and vendors alike. The onsite team managed multi-shift check-in and check-out processes, created payroll files, assisted with credentialing and provided onsite employee relations and incident management.

Given the success of this event, Atrium was asked to partner with the Host Committee and vendors to support onboarding and payroll for the game in 2023. Atrium’s newly formed Centralized Onboarding Team engaged 1,300+ applicants and onboarded 1,000+ Teammates in a seven-week timeframe. Nearly 1,000 Teammates were paid for working event shifts. Atrium most recently supported the client in 2024. With an organizational commitment to continuous process improvement, Atrium has facilitated the hiring of thousands of Teammates while improving response time, decreasing onboarding time, and refining onsite operations year after year.
