Atrium’s inaugural Talent Solutions Cohort kicked off in New York City on June 3, providing intensive, on-the-job training with the promise of securing a permanent spot on one of our recruiting teams upon completion. This first Cohort consists of six full-time employees and includes ambitious individuals with one to four years of work experience. The thirteen-week program promises an environment where rapid skill development is fueled by cutting-edge technology and a culture of continuous learning. After beginning the program with a rigorous three-week Boot Camp intensive, the Cohort will take part in three separate three-week rotations. 

“I feel like I’m taking an elite business course while also receiving job training. The most engaging aspect for me has been learning about the industry as a whole. Beginning with education and then gradually understanding how our role fits into this industry has been extremely interesting for me,” said Jamie Mayers, a Cohort member. 

After successfully completing the cohort rotations in various verticals, participants will move on to the next phase of their journey at Atrium’s flagship NoMad headquarters. There, they will be matched with a specialized service vertical that best suits their skills and the recruiting team. The vertical options include Administrative Support, Finance & Accounting, and Fashion & Lifestyle.
